Radio Upgrade

Just replaced the old Reno 2 radio with a Blaupunkt Miami Beach in 10 minutes (lunch time project). Had to remove the side panel on the passengers side to give it a push out. Otherwise it would have taken 5 minutes. Stefan Weiss of SW Stereo Specialists 800.270.2378 has another satisfied customer. The adapter cable he supplied is a bit expensive ($45.00) but well worth it. It would have taken me several hours to get the parts and then read the wiring diagrams and make up the cable. I am very happy with the sound quality out of the stock speakers. The old Reno had me thinking about replacing them. Not any more. The total package ran $254.00 with the radio, cable and shipping. Not the lowest price for the radio, but can beat the service that went along with it. Now the decision is listening to the new radio or that beautiful sound from the RMB!
