the rear interior panel to get to this motor? I hate to start pulling
on stuff that is going to tear up something.

Your power antenna is located in the rear part of the left rear fenderwell, jack up the left rear, remove wheel, rear splash guard and all will be apparent.
If yours is dead, I have been able to locate OEM brand replacements for $49.95 complete, available in chrome or black. Bets the heck out of the $200+ for a one from Porsche !
