The Century 1000STE fits in the rear seats. If your car has rear shoulder belts, I'd be sure to use an H-clip so you can secure the seat tightly. Some models don't have shoulder belts, and since the lap belts secure so high up relative to the seat cushion, I end up packing a towel under the lap belt to get enough tension to keep the seat from shifting.

However, I've yet to see a booster seat that fits.

Another step I've taken is buying a tiedown strap with a ratchet. You can thread it through the back of the car seat and loop it around the rear seatback. It keeps the car seat firmly in place. My understanding is that 928s delivered in Canada have some additional tiedown points, but I don't know what specifically or whether they can be retrofitted on US spec cars.
