Windshield Trim is Loose and Noisy

There are 2 or 3 clips that hold it in place on the underside of the trim piece. To remove the side trim piece use a block of wood and a hammer to lightly tap the trim off. Start at the bottom and work your way up. It should just slide out of the upper union part. Check the clips on the bottom, they should just sqeeze the sheet metal around the windshield to hold it on.

My guess is that your clips are not gripping the sheet metal tight enough.
